e30 movie spotting

hey guys,

i was just at apple.com/trailers and i watched the preview for jim carrey's new movie. it's called "fun with dick and jane" or something like that. anyways, the preview has a scene in which jim's neighbor is showing off his brand new mercedes by giving it voice activated commands. jim defends his e30's pride by telling it to "sit....stay...." then he makes a corny joke about how the car can "roll over" as well... but he dosen't want to ruin the paint. thought it was kind of funny. also havent seen an e30 referenced in any recent movies and thought this was kinda neat.

Trying to remember my last two e30 movie sightings...

Pretty sure there's one in Crimson Tide, when Denzel is walking through a parking lot, and I also swear I remember seeing one in Wedding Crashers, same situation, they're in a parking lot, it's in the background.

Well, in the 1977 original, it's your typical upper middle class couple where he works and she doesn't. They're in tons of debt, and he loses his job. Unable to find a job, they turn to robbing banks to keep up their lifestyle. Hilarity ensues.

I imagine this one will be similar, but will include more sexual references and pop culture jokes that will be tired in 6 months.

Oh, I'm sure Jim Carrey will make noises too.
