    e34 530i clutch help

hi my friend has a 95 530i and his clutch is not working. i have replaced the slave and it did nothing so i replaced the master cylinder and that did nothing as well. So i made a new line and i have been bleeding it all day and still nothing. The pedal sticks to the floor and u half to pull it up. Replacing the parts has made it a little better but it still won’t work. I can also hear the slave moving.

any help would b appreciated thanks

My first e34 did that and I sold it

My current one did the same thing a fee months ago. I had to drive it for a week with no clutch until I could replace the clutch over the weekend.

After pulling the trans out I found the output shaft was all gummed up with baked on oil from the rear main leaking.

It prevented the release bearing from moving back freely from the pressure plate which made it wear the tips of the pressure plate blades off and the bearing was going through the center and getting stuck.

i hope its not that were working on it in his garage but it looks like the rear main is leaking.
