There is nothing wrong doing that, as long as you have atleast contacted them and given them a chance to make it right.

They can't fix it if they don't know there is an issue. Some times things make it out the door that never should have. Unfortunately it happens.

Also always check your parts as soon as you get them for issues. The waves in that are bad, you don't need a bodyshop to tell you that.

If the plastic bumper "piece" was off would it fit right?, I had a nighmare install on a EVO II front piece.

I don't think they guarantee anywhere that it will fit, it's a gamble you take with aftermarket body panels.

Ya I spent a second looking at that shit. Hypnotic:crazy:
jeez man, why didn't you just buy a used oem part for that price? they aren't common, but you can find them if you look. i have never been a big fan of aftermarket fiberglass parts. i had a eurostop alpina spoiler at one time. after looking at awhile, i decided to sell it for several reasons. first, the fit was far from perfect, but more importantly, i figured that the slightest little thing that touched it at highway speed would shatter it to bits.

Fiberglass is a bitch period. Anytime you put fiberglass on your car your going to have issues, its just common knowledge.
