    redline fluid

    has anybody noticed a significant difference from changing there tranny & diff fluid (stock) to redline. what diffs have you noticed?

    I just did both. The tranny shifts smoother in the cold temps as well as warm ones. I've noticed better gas milage too, although I haven't calculated the difference yet.

        You'll need two bottles of each, by the way. And a pump to get the fluid in...

          It will make your trans and diff last longer!!!

          Redline did a dyno of a Vette with all regular fluid, then changed to Redline and it gained like 10rwhp.

          MTL is hands down the best fluid so far for the Trans!!

          I just switched to Amsoil S2000 75-90 in my diffs and the temp is about 25 deg lower with it!! Lower temp is less friction = MORE HP!

            Redline is the best fluid you can use it smoothed up my transmisson.
            Summer '85 E24 635csi Winter '88 E30 325iX, I lose 25% of my hp before I even turn the key.

              What weights did you guys use? Is it safe for LSD diffs?? And how much [quarts]?

              Used it on my VW tranny, loved it. Amsoil for the bimmer too :D
