Which sop to clean interior

I need to clean e30 interior. Which sop should I use? Can I use laundry detergent?

If you can find it buy some Lan O Sheen and mix it up.
Its mild and wont wreck anything but works great for anything from Vinyl to carpet. There are tons of products for this at any auto store though

I use Folex. Good all-purpose cleaner.

Sop is sop man. Just don't use too much or too much force.
Just sop that bad boy inside and out and everyone will be like "oh man your ride is so clen what kinda sop you use to get it that clen?"
