    Dying my roofliner?

I have a tan roof liner and everything else on my interior is black, I need to get a new roof liner or paint it... is there anything that I could dye it with? Saw a thread where a guy sprayed his door cards with vinyl paint? I might do that with my liner... just something simple, I don't need anything fancy.

pretty sure most guys use SEM Vinyl dye on doorcards. I would reccomend finding a cloth-specific dye for the headliner. just be sure to remove the pillar trim & tape off. unless you're putting new cloth on the headliner, you don't want to fuck with removing everything up there. it's not very fun.

I was just thinking of taping a ton of the stuff off and then spraying it down real quick. Nothing big just need to have it black, I just de tinted my car and it doesn't look that great. Thx

I want Alcantara, just don't want to pay labor or any of that crap. Unless someone has a nice DIY thread on how to do it.

I hear the headliner is an a total bitch to install. I removed a little bit in my time and it is not fun to get back on tight and OEM looking. I vote dye it...I am doing it too.

Duplicolor satin black from pepboys. Did my door panels with it and I swear by it now. Can't tell them apart from stock black vinyl, and it's held up for most of 4-5 years. Probably gonna try it on the headliner soon.
