Doesn't account for the money I put in it to get it through emissions and t-belt job. Either way, still make money on it.

I looked at the 91 318i.

Motor mounts are toast - no big deal.
Only driver window works - no big deal
Hasn't been emissioned since 2007 - probably not a big deal
Grinding noise when clutch is pressed in, not talking about putting in gear, just pressing clutch pedal - possibly a big deal?
Leaks a little bit of coolant when normal operating temp from t-stat housing - no big deal
Fan clutch condition is questionable - no big deal
Comfort seats, driver has single split - no problem

Doesn't overheat though, shifts smooth if you don't push the clutch in all the way, drives nice, sounds good, plenty of power.

Any ideas on the clutch pedal issue though? Owner says he replaced the slave cylinder - maybe wrong one?
