Are you talking about our car? The MTechnic was parked next to a Hartge car 2 years ago at the e30 picnic. http://www.2002restorations.com/index.php?IMAGE=../upload/1104/picnic1.jpg&site_id=0&category_id=1102& ;sub_category_id=][/url]1988 Alpine white M3

Which actually wasn't much of a power upgrade from the Eurospec M20 they had in there...
The car is pretty prepped for racing though, and both David and his son Evan are great auto-xers in it.Originally posted by Grueliusand i do not know what bugg brakes are.Comment

Damn - there aren't too many mtech 1 cars with m50's, I'm going to be one of them ;) What was the eurospec m20 they had in there?Originally posted by kencopperwheatM50Originally posted by BeemerfanatikOh? :)Originally posted by kencopperwheatGive him a picture of under the hood as well.

The Eurospec m20 came stock in the car. German market real M Technic1 built in late 1985. Little higher compression than a USA version m20 b25. Thanks Ken for the good words. Evan kicked butt up at Willamette Pass, except for 1 little cone, he would have been king! No under hood pics yet. Just your basic junkyard m50 :twisted:1988 Alpine white M3

speaking of non N.A. spec m20's, does anyone know if the japan m20's are high compression as well? are the japanese cars the same as the europe spec cars?
Japanese cars are indeed the same as euro cars. got mine there and it had euro bumpers, rear fogs, and all on the car already.Comment
