im interested in buying a bmw 325i and i wanna know if anyone can provide a chcklist of some sort to show what i should look for so i dont get double crossed for my money. i DONT WANT A LEMON!! thank you

Take your time looking for a car. Do your own research, don't be lazy.

Compression test to engine
Tranny shifts smooth
No oil everywhere on engine
Rust in the trunk area, bartery tray and jack tray areas from underneath the car
Rust on rear apron and rockers
Rust on sunroof skin and around look from undernearh when tilted up
The list is big so look carefuly at every inch of the car, look and smell are your friends...
All electronics work properly such as lights and signals and radio and etc...

look every inch for rust.
verify actual mileage somehow.
maintenance records
broken pieces that can be hard to find

Pretty much tool around r3v and see what we have, then look for that.

Except for me, 'cause my shit is rust-ty.

look for rust in the front driver and passenger side floor pans.

Oh yeah, and don't forget to look for rust.
