MAF cleaner or just use B-12 Carb Cleaner?

Went to grab some Chemtool for my MAF when I noticed that autozone had a sale for buy one can of MAF cleaner and get a can of Throttle Body cleaner for free. I never knew that a special MAF cleaner existed. Is this any better than just using Carb Cleaner? I've always used carb cleaner for everything, throttle body, injectors, you name it.

Price is more than double for the special MAF cleaner, is it worth the extra money at all?
West German BMWs, they just don't make the same as they did before the wall fell.
^Case in point: Auto-Repair Technology. Everytime my car isn't starting or acting up I let it sit, sometimes for an hour, sometimes for days. But it eventually fixes itself.

Carb cleaner can be no bueno for a MAF.
But it will be just fine for a VAF (The factory M20 AFM).

So, determine if you've upgraded to a MAF, or have the factory M20 VAF, and you'll know your answer. They are two very different AFM styles.

(Also, when cleaning an actual MAF. The CFC MAF cleaner is repackaged CFC electronic parts cleaner at a higher price)
