Buying my first bmw 325i ?!

So i found a 90 325i listed for 2000, auto. Im considering calling of sick to work and making the 2 hour drive to buy it.. its gray. no rust. new rims and tires, exhaust and intake, no cracks in the dash, pass seat is a little rough and it needs a exhaust hanger welded on and its missing the plastic shield below the steering wheel. it has 155xxx. I was wonder what you guys think.. if its a good deal.. what should i look for when checking it out or what i should do after i buy it?

how is it mechanically? that's what you should be mostly worried about in my opinion.

ok..from the sound of it, its rock solid, the guy bought it from and old dude the seems like he took care of it, the guy had the intuition to race buy couldnt afford it from what i understand is there anything i should look for when going to look at it?
