    Need help finding a motor

Im getting to the point where I want more power. Looking around and trying to figure out which would be the best route to go with. Im not in rush but need to start soon. I cant make up my mind, kind of leaning towards the s50/52 but also wouldnt mind going with the m60. Where is a good place to start looking for motors/engines etc?

While not trying to thread jack and on the same subject. What's a good approx cost of a decent S50 swap? I know it can vary depending on what I get the motor for etc, but just a ball park. Assuming all the work was done by me?

          eBay.
          Craigslist.
          BimmerForums.
          E30tech.
Here (I think there's a search button or some shit)
          Google.

...read, read, read and then read some more...not kidding

          The options are endless-

M50's are quickish, simple, and cheap. (est. $1,500-$2,000)
S50/52's are an easy swap, quick, fun, but more expensive though. (est. $3,000-$4,000)
M60's will be fast, complicated, and expensive. (est. $5,000)
LS1/LS2 will be insane, expensive, complicated, yet doable. (est. $8,000)

It all depends on how experienced and resourceful you are. Obviously swaps can be done for cheaper than what I listed above, but I'd rather overestimate and have the budget to complete the project rather than start it with insufficient funds.

Seriously? You asked where to FIND ENGINES. Your question was answered.

                It's not difficult.

Do you need someone to go to the websites for you, send you the link, then go pick it up and install it for you too? Fuck turn the computer off and actually do some real life.
