    good weekend

1288miles, 2 days...318is was flawless with 300k on the clock

I flew home Sat and changed the oil on the 318 after it sat in storage for a year. Reconnected the battery, and the engine started right up. There were cobwebs under the car lol. Drove the 318 from Dallas to Detroit without any problems. I'd admit it was a little risky but what the hell. <3 my 318is

Very nice! It's fun when an E30 accomplishes a long trip. I loved when I took mine up to the E30 Picnic.

Last weekend I did 1100+ miles in 3 days when I went from Richmond VA to the top of Ohio and back. My 318i did just fine.

      M42's FTW!

I love road trips with the e30! I went from NY to MO was really fun =) Little over 1,100 miles one way.

        Longest road trip was NY-Colorado

yeah, i'm always suprised at how smooth and solid e30s feel at high speed.

I've put a little more than 5000miles on my E30 since July 1st, not even a single hiccup. what a great car.

I hated long trips in my 318 buzzing at 4krpm while crusing at 80 then swap the 4.10 for the 3.73 and viola..... but I still prefer my e34 for long trips.
