          My paperback copy of the Bentley also came free with the e30. Didn't know how much of a gift this was at the time. The manual plus the forums has been a big help in learning the car.
          1990 325i: slippery slope from DD/DE car to SE30/ITS
          1991 318is: raw DD
          2004 330i zhp: civilized daily driver

            Out of the options listed, Bentley is the only choice. In real life, if you can get all the factory manuals, that would be the best choice.

                  well my PO decided for me, he had a Chilton in the car i completely forgot about.... it doesn't go into detail to great but gets the job done.

                      I printed my Bentley @ work (work for the Feds) double sided, and used a 3" hardover binder and put it in there.

                      it resides in the powder room of my home, where I read/study it while I unleash the fury in the toilet.

                        That is sacrilegious! The Bentley manual should not be used as a potty book. Haynes yes...I would even tear out the pages and wipe my ars with it.
