    ///M power beware!

    even though i ended up not buying the festiva i was looking at, my interest in its "performance applications" was piqued. so i found this glorious website, and also, some amazing rides...

    although this car is hideous, out of all the funny-ass cars, i think this is the only one id drive. it's powered by a Taurus SHO 3.0 V6 mounted midship, it puts about 230-235 to the wheels. it's a home-built version of a concept that ford called the SHOgun, and it's badass, and its funny, and i love it.

    this amazing machine looks like what darth vader must've driven in high school, no wonder he was so evil...

    this beast is powered by a mazda 1.6l turbo out of a 323 gtx, i couldnt help but wonder if that was enough to make it fun to drive?

    i couldnt get a full picture of it, but, appearantly this car is a fairly successful SCCA track slut, and may i say, are there any more beautiful words in the english language than "widebody fesitva"?

    the best for last...
    ...damn, just, damn...

    now i figure ive wasted alot of bandwidth giving you guys these visions of beauty, but i think it was worth it.

    btw: i just bought a mercury topaz. anyone wanna race?

        I'm posting in a locked thread because I'm cool.

        That turquoise festiva cost about 1800 bucks to make, and was featured in the December 2003 Grassroots Motorsports, a very neat little car actually. Considerably less than the 70k that the original "shoguns" went for.
