next time buy a markd chip that has some actual support behind it.

I think the OEM tune is the best tune. BMW knew what they were doing, and you can improve on that!

All of this could also be put over as with the IS lip vs volvo lip, and IS skirt vs ford skirts, or hella vs depot an so on an so on. Yes alot of people use the ebay chips which are rip offs of the real things but for alot cheaper. Most people it is a deal of cash. IE do i feel like paying 200 for this chip or 30-40 for a copy that will get me the same thing? It is all up to YOU!

I got a ProFormance chip from ebay for $40 almost two years ago for my 318is. It works great and I even passed smog with it in.

I understand the moral question, however don't feel it's my responsible to decide whether or not it's counterfeit. The ad said they do their own tuning and that it is their product. if they are lying then let the real owner sue.

So I just installed it and when it idles it goes from 1000 to 500 and back n for a couple times and then stopps..everytime it idles. And I just looked at the oil and on the dip stick there's Little bubbles with the oil I dunno is this bad?
