    It's ALWAYS worth it, when buying a car, to know the true history of the car. Any serious buyer would pay for it.

      i think sellers should pay for one and keep it on hand for any buyers. if the buyers dont trust it, they should pay for a new one. its a world of wolves and sheep, the buyers are the sheep. end of story.
