    If the body is clean on that(rust dents etc) I would NOT low ball that one. Dear god, it has the red carpet with card interior. That is the best combo for a black car ever.

      Haha I agree, the red on black looks nice. He mentions "surface rust". You never know what that means so I'm hoping to look at the car today.

        Just straight up ask him what is the lowest he would take for the car, if he says I don't know make me a offer... offer whatever you think is fair. But really need to test drive and look it over before you make a offer.

        Surface rust isn't usually too bad to deal with, it is when it is rusted through that you have issues. But it is hard to tell what is going on from the small pictures.

          What seems really sketchy to me though is that he did the timing belt and tensioner and then waited 2,000 miles to do the water pump? Why didn't he do it all at once? You should see if he has receipts and what not.
