Electrical Issue - Installed stereo, now no power windows, turn signals

Installed a head unit in my 86 E30, and ran new speaker cables. Now I have no signals, and my power windows wont work. Checked all fuses, they look fine. 99% sure nothing got disconnected, but I could be wrong. Any ideas?

lol I had this same issue, turns out that the 2nd button from the left, in between the speaker fader and the defroster button, was de-pressed. I just pressed it again and voila everything worked.

Took me a while to figure it out, was busy rechecking the wires to make sure everything was right.

I had a similar issue in my '97 GMC Jimmy when I installed an aftermarket stereo. Turns out that the accessory and power wire for the head unit had to be wired together. So you can try that route. Sounds weird, I know, but that's the only way things worked out in that situation.

Silly question, but do you have the hazard switch and power window circuit breaker plugged in? Checked your fuses?

Well, that was a major fail. When I slid the stereo in, it unplugged hazard and window lock switch.

              *facepalm*

              Carry on....

Ya when I first got my car my sister pushed that button and I panicked cause none of the windows would roll up and it was raining.

perhaps see if they are plugged in correctly.

sounds like the high beam plugs are on the low beam lights. and perhaps nothing plugged into the highs.

i would start there. then follow the wiring and see if someone messed with the wiring and crossed them over or something.
