So, BMW has the EGS modul (automatic tranmission module for the 5HP24 trans) in back order. None of the whole BMW dealers on the globe seems to have it in stock.
The X5 V8 got a new transmission but the EGS module decided to stop working. We inspected it and found that one of the drivers or chip is kaput and we can't find any replaceble driver/chip for it. So I was looking to get a used EGS module and swapp the driver in the factory EGS we have but I don't have luck...
If anyone that could help me to find a used one would be great. It's a 2002 X5 with the 4.4i IIRC.
