Hmm... So you just basically move the tie rod attachment point on the upright closer to the line the wheel pivots around, and you get a lot more angle with the same throw. Doesn't sound like something you couldn't do at home, you just have to make sure there is enough room in the wheel well and that nothing is in the wheel's way when in action.
