I'm half tempted to email him, and tell him that the wheel has been permanently damaged because it was mounted upside down, and will cost several thousand dollars to replace... and that if it's unmodified, how did it get the 2.6 in it?

I think Ill email him and ask if its ever been in acident. When he says no Ill calmly say then why is the wheel upside down? I think its got front end damage $100 final offer.
However the 2.6 is rare HMMMMm $200
