Sorry man. I guess it is still a bit sketchy. I think the problem really is that my carrier, Cellular South, is the ONLY system up and running. So the call volume is way more than normal. I assure you that I am here though, this really is me. I think.

I think with all the attention on New Orleans people are missing that there is also massive devestation in MS. The first images I saw looked more like a lumberyard than a city.

You're right Ryan. I have just been watching CNN tonight and the focus is most definitely on New Orleans. It really is all very hard to believe and I sit and watch the news and it seems so surreal and yet I just lived through this whole thing. I always heard stories growing up of Camille and how bad she was, and Katrina came through and made Camille pale in comparison. It is amazing seeing the footage of the beachfront area in Biloxi/Gulfport as we were just there about 3 weeks ago for our Hooters meet. Now there is NOTHING there! It is just debris all the way back to the railroad tracks. That whole area will have to be totally rebuilt from the ground up and will no doubt take years. Our area even here will never be the same. Some of the grand old oaks that lined our streets and avenues and have stood for 100yrs and more are gone now. Anyway, you can see the news so I don't have to keep reporting here, but I really appreciate all you guys concern.
