Most states have the super speeder law now, 20 over is a suspension of the license.

Safe to say i feel like shit at the moment, very stupid mistake which i am going to pay for with a 6 month license suspension and $500 aud fine.

Although... there may be some benefits to be had with this time off the road. My car may have some work done (possibly) .. stay tuned.

    Court costs: $50
    Fine: $109
    Lawyer: $100

    Total: $259

Not bad for a reckless driving ticket....which in Va, gets you a criminal record.

It's kinda easier to just not speed, especially in Va, where radar detectors are illegal.

    Learned that the hard way...

I got caught doing 79 in a 55 once (late to class, on my 600). I didnt actually think I was going that fast lol. I slowed down as soon as I saw him see me & still took him >2mi to catch up lol. gave me a 20/ ticket for like $220 & that was the end of that....

Here we got the 328i and the 328is, 4 and 2 door accordingly. The 328is came with the sport suspension, and there were a few different seat options, but they're all either 328i or 328is

Fate has a way of making this reality!!! ^^^ ;)

EDIT the E46 only had 328iSE's for a year or two before the 330 was realeased amd the engines are no where near as good as the ones in the E36's

Good spot, this is my E36 sedan. There are a few types of E36 328 avaliable in UK

Mine is the last 4 door ever made - on the pink slip (or V5/log book in UK) it is a 328iSE. Meaning the upper top end of the 328 range as mine has everything (barr a ///M kit). As you can see from my pictures on the E36 tech forum, its a later and more equipped example. Good find are you on tech too?

    The other 328's avaiable are

The standard 328i (normal spec) in 2/4 door
The 328iS only came in 2 doors and had ///M kit as standard
The 328i LUX (extras pack added to the i model)
The 328iSE (my spec car) you could have in 2/4 door but this had normally a OEM body like mine but had mostly all extras BMW could throw at a car

Thats the UK, I don't know how you yanks have your 328's named? Hope that clears that up. I am transferring the engine from this very car into an E30 over winter and in future after that I'm adding a S54 to the E36 ;)

Anyway back to the topic!!! ;)
