I was wondering how hard it is to bore the 325i to a 2.7 or even a 3.0? Also about how much would it cost...

you don't need to bore it for a 2.7, you can just use an 2.7 eta bottom end in a 2.5 block.
You need an 86mm bore plus many other parts to achieve a 3.0 Search for stroker threads, all the info is vast and available on here.
My complete 2.7i rebuild is costing me 2k so far... -
2.7 can be achieved with a longer stroke, just find an E model block and put an 'i' head on it. Otherwise...searchComment
