    burning your own chip? It's still a little more involved than that.

      When I had a turbo '92 Integra I used Crome/Free Log for tuning and burned all of my bins with an eprom burner. Pain in the ass data logging for a while, pulling over and removing the 28 pin eprom from the ecu, putting it in the burner and burning the file and then finally back in the ecu for more tuning. It worked but holy shit megasquirt has been a huge improvement compared to those days, it really makes tuning much less painful. pgmfi.org was a good resource around the community though.

        I use Ostrich 2.0 emulator. It is pretty nice. A little easier than a programmer...
