    Fun Boss Stories

So, I had my GM riding with me this morning to visit a few accounts. After he makes fun of me a little for driving an e30 he then slams my car door as if he were getting out his yukon.
He slammed the door so hard that my trim pieces on his side popped out, and front small piece on the quarter panal broke off.
He pointed it out to me and askrd if thats normal, then hands me the broken piece.
So, 2 things does anybody know where I can buy that short trim piece in the front, and does anyone else have fun stories about their boss and car.
    Cheers!
I love that people ask stupid questions so I dont have.

My boss loves my cars and wishes he could have them, then remembers he has two 911s, an 850CI, and a Z8.

    Uggh.

My boss is a huge car guy. I just picked up an early model coupe, and he's trying to talk me into using it as a Chump or LeMons car. I told him we should one of HIS cars; a 9993 gen 911 RS Turbo, C63 AMG Merc, or `98 Ferarri 355 Spyder :)

And call Levent (ZM Blue Devil here) from Guten Parts for your trim pieces. Give your GM the bill!

When I worked as a delivery boy for napa many moons ago before I got my ASE's, I would drift the brand new 2000 and 2001 4.3l BASE model (light as hell) S10's in the snow all winter long.
When it came time for a "Driving test ride along" it didn't stop me from doing it.

"Son, If you actively engaging in putting the vehicle into a slide, You can't not expect it, now can you?"

"Nope. But the potholes under the snow that I can't see are things I can't expect"

"That's why we have trucks. You pass"

Also. Got the ancient geo metro with 700k miles airborne with the boss in the car. Not intentionally. Big old dirt pile in middle of road and sun glaring in eyes. Not my fault. That car lasted another 2 years after that. No problems became of it.

When I was working in Cincinnati I was in fine dining. At the time I also had a built 98 cobra that my boss always drooled over. So we got to work early one night and he asked if I could give him a spin in it around Cincinnati for a bit..."sure why not". He had no idea what to expect out of an 11.5 sec car. Even whipping around the corners he couldn't handle. Little did I know that he gets motion sickness really easily. We get back to the restaurant and he gets sick everywhere and feels like shit from then on. So he had to go home, thank the cobra for a bossless, easy day. ;) After that I kept asking him if he wanted to take another ride when we got there early HA.

Was sitting in my truck making some calls BEFORE WORK. The Foreman I was working for at the time have a long history, of him pissing me off and getting under my skin, and me yelling back after a while. Well I am always early and dick face hates it if your not out there doing shit for free 15-20min before start time. Well like I said I am making calls and leaving messages to get some insurance shit settled. Hes yelling at me from inside his truck 30 feet away to get to work. I point to my watch and signal I have 15 mins before its 6:30. I finish what I was doing get out put my boots on and saunter over and begin my day (still 5 mins or so before I strat getting paid). At that point I am told to get the fuck off the job and dont come back!!!!!!

Ok ( I had been turning down work form other contractors for while I would have a new job before I made it home more than likely). As I am taking my work boots off at my truck, one of our other foreman drives over to get something from that crew and asks me WTF are you doing, your never late!!!! I tell him that his brother just fired me (Family owned construction business) and I am going home.

I get "The FUCK YOU ARE, GET IN THE TRUCK" so for the next month and a 1/2 all I did was ride around and do all kinds of odds and ends, gravy shit. Foreman #1 would not even talk to me till the Christmas party and this was the end of may. If he wanted me to do something, he would tell the guy next to me to tell me to do it LOL.

Our executive chef took the Fay off and left our sue chef, me, and another cook to handle an easy event. We got finished early and some staff were clowning my vert. So I decide to give 'em a show! Hosed down our loading dock and backed it in, burned the rubber and did some sideways drifting up the hill lol. Left a nice set of 11's .

Later in the week on my day off boss called and asked if I knew anything about the 40ft skidmarks out back...I said "nope, but we should really investigate the skidmark bandit huh!"

He thought it was funny. Told me no more after we watches the security cameras. He laughe when I pulled out the hose.

I quit my marketing job that paid 75k a year because my boss was into Lexus and Acura. I am now a handyman at a local church and enjoy my work better because my boss loves e30's

Had a boss one time that bought a new seven series. He asked me what the big deal was about BMWs. He said it road like his old Buick. I told him that on a night he was coming home on the expressway to run it up to 80-90 MPH and then punch it. A few days later he came in and said he tried it and at 120 it didn't feel anything like his Buick. He gained a new respect to his and all other BMWs.

I work at a dealership, and my boss ( the owner) drives a F01 750Xi or a F11 550Xi touring-- and constantly asks me if he can take the E30 for a spin. I tell him no almost weekly.
