    Newbie from across the globe

Hi guys, i a newbie here... don't know where to start postin' so i thought i introduce myself here... pls correct me if i'm 'outta place'.
I'm Andre aka BlackAce from Singapore and i've been a fan of BMW since young.
Currently, my rides' a 1989 E30 316i 4dr (Euro model) and i guess my motors' the smallest 4 cylinder around here.... Will try to post the pics of my 'sad looking' ride here...hahaha
My previous car is an E21 Bavaria, and since then after driving the E21 as a DD, i fell in love with the handling and characteristic of the BMW 3 series which thus prompted me to look for the e30.
Now been drivin' the E30 for almost 2yrs as a DD also and had experienced all sorts of shortcomings the car can throw at me.eg. wear and tear, parts failure etc. But overall, still handles well for a 17 year old car.
I've happened to past by this forum and was quite impressed by the number of E30s here. In Singapore, there's only a small group of E30s running round. What i can say is the motor culture over at where i am is totalling diffferent compared with elsewhere.
Haha... don't wish to bored everyone with my story... Will be looking forward to discuss and exchange ideas on this magnificant car.
    Cheers all :D

Well, 6 cylinders E30s are really hard to find on the market. Most of them are either exported overseas or under ownership. But i'm quite contented with the engine size nevertheless cuz taxes here in Singapore for 316 is cheaper than compared with a 320.
Here in Singapore, the older the car the more expensive the tax.

BTW, how do i go about posting pic here?

          Cheers.

You need to have it hosted and then you can link to it. If you need some hosting just email me the pic to the email listed below.

Hi, i've managed to host a site on geocities and had uploaded my pic here in the "Member's Ride" section. Cheers.

                  To Cold Accord:
Thanks for the compliment. My english is not really up to "International" standard yet despite having went through Phonics lession since young. Still learning to improve though. Cheers.
