Yes he can be charged with fraud. Can't someone hack is IP addy and find out where he lives?

Tracing his IP will only bring you to his ISP. Authorities should be able to get his identity/location from the ISP, but your average person cannot.

There's what, 5 of us who have been scammed by him? I'm fairly certain PayPal is going to refund my money on or around the 21st because I sent it as payment for goods, but I'm willing to do what I can to help those who gifted it.

I think PP only gives you money back if he has or gets money in his account, I think if it is empty you are SOL.

not true^, they will make his account have a negative balance, its happened to me. some guy opened a claim for some audio cable I sold on craigslist that he said was broken, I don't really check the email address my paypal account is under so I didnt see the dispute and one day my PP account was negative $4 b/c I had nothing in there at the time

Checked his profile and his last posts were from July. Since those posts looks like he's been PMing WTB ads and whatnot. Also his account says he is in VA whereas the email lookup said KS. So prevent further scams and ban this muhfcker.

Why are there people like this? I have filed a claim with Paypal and escalated it. I am also going to send Paypal a link to this thread. If I can...
