    had to replace my wheel with something soon, no horn or anything lol!

    maybe im just lucky to have never seen one of these type wheels before, but! atleast i has horn power now and no more 4 spoke wheel

    I thought this was going to be about removing the wheel without a key. I was at the yard yesterday with a hacksaw to the wheel lock. that sucked, got the wheel though. :)

    Always bring a 22 and half inch ratchet to the junkyard! You might find a nice wheel!!

    just pry the pastic off around the steering column and hit the shit with a hammer?

    To do it without the key. I did this.

    Take hammer or brick, hit the opposite side. Barrel lock flys out the other end. Viola! Steering wheel lock is out.

    Note you have to hit hard! I have done this in several junk yards and hold it true.

    tools are safe lol, and it was better than the wheel i currently have.. 4 prong crap wheel with no horn power =(

    plus! they gave me my 50% off all parts early! (supposed to be wednesday for toolbox members)

    Cool but i think the tools you probably damaged are worth more than that ugly wheel that i too had in my car till yesterday. Disregard my post if the tools are safe :pimp:
