I posted up a few pics of my last abandoned 240z build, as well as mentioned this build in my intro thread. I figured most people here could appreciate the sheer amount of time and effort sunk in to this car, on top of the $. This is a good friend of mine's 2jz 280z build that he is working on at our shop. The guy (Ivo) that's building the car is one of the most determined people i've ever seen not being paid serious $ to do this much work. I've seen him spend hours upon hours under the car with a scraper tool and a torch removing 30 year old factory undercoating, several days in a row. It's become a labor of love for him and i can respect that. It's also becoming one of the nicest/most impressive builds i've personally been around, and definitely the nicest i've seen not built professionally.
I took this at work one day while he was still mocking up/making sure everything fit in the engine bay. Yes, the top half of the turbo inlet and above stick out of the hood....
