they charge an arm and a leg for installs, I carry tires and have a shop that'll do the install for dirt cheap.

They tried to charge my customer over $100 to install 4 tires!

I'd rather not. But I do appreciate their road hazard warranty.

I use discount but not online. If you go into the store they will match prices so it ends up costing the same as if you ordered from tire rack. If you don't have them match prices or have a friend that works there they will rip you off.

I have never bought a tire or wheel from them (almost always use Tire Rack due to their motorsports support), however Discount/Americas Tire has fixed punctured tires on 2 different vehicles of mine at 2 different times, both for FREE...no questions asked! I even tried to pay them on the last one & they wouldn't take my money, pretty good customer service to say the least.

I used them for tires but they didnt stock em so I asked em to order the tires & they did, even price matched Tire Rack! I was at "American Tire" same company, they charged about $150 for mounting/balancing, install, and road hazard.
