I think there should be more than one rule, but one shouldn't be a price rule, unless it is a minimum.

I figured we are all adults here and that we can use our own judgement, but the idea of this secret santa is still being worked on, farther down the road it will be all taken care of. until then, open to any suggestions or concerns.

I came in here to post this, and no restrictions besides price, will be pretty stupid. BFC has been doing this for a while now and every year is a good turnout.
