Looking at a 1989 325i - Advice appreciated

except for the comfort seats it has all the sighns of an is. steering wheel trunk deck spoiler and air dam.

The vehicle history report shows 5 owners and no accidents. I looked at in the daylight and walked around it multiple times. Every body panel looked originally except for the lower air dam/bumper portion which looked pretty rough (repainted?). The exterior is good overall with a few glaring blemishes. The engine is a great feature. Definitely has had a lot of work done. I offered $3700 and he has one other person coming to look. Waiting to hear back... Thanks for all the help!
