    The elusive E30 Recaros

I was surfing and found a set of the beat set that I have. Here is a pic I found.

You see them every now and then for sale.

Those look very similar to the e21 recaros, only the e21s have a roller to adjust lean
Maybe the brackets for those will bolt up to the e21 seats.... i've been too lazy to make brackets for any of mine

Those are awesome, very subtle. How much do they run? What did they originally come on?

Those are awesome. I really like, them I might have to buy some of those instead of redoing my sport seats in cloth.

Do e36 manual seats bolt into the e30?
            Thanks,

They dont bolt in as far as I know, you have to make adaptors. John McHenry did it, pm John Mc

Very cool. They look almost like a hybrid between the E21 Recaros and the E30 sport seats. :)

Eric Lukas made some brackets to fit e36 seats so he could bolt down the sliders/frame, should fitting e21s be similar?

brackets would not be difficult to make.. its very obvious what the difference is between e21 seat setups and e30 setups.. i'm just lazy, 'n cheap.

Those look hell nice. I would love to have a set of those in my car when I get it (good luck). The Corbeau GT-S II look almost just like those, that's probably what I'll get.

Those look sick! The Corbeau and BMW Recaros look a lot like the Recaros that came in a few of the VW Jetta GLIs. They're probably the same seats with different upholstery.

Most likely what they were modeled after. Recaro used to sell an aftermarket seat that looked like that, I don't remember what they were called.
