Have you tried to call him? You can request his contact info and maybe give him a call. I have had to do that more than once and usually with a better outcome.

It's fairly easy to mix things up for some people - it could have been an honest mistake.

if it was an honest mistake he should atleast respond to my emails...he replied to every one of my emails BEFORE i received the emblems as soon as i emailed him about him shipping the wrong item he ignores me...no hes a douche bag

Easy now - what if he had a death in the family? Or left on vacation before you got the parts?

These are extenuating circumstances, but they're certainly plausible. You have to give someone the benefit of the doubt when dealing with online transactions until proven otherwise.

Clearly :) Give him a week to get back to you - if he doesn't then start ranting.

Ohh come on... Don't get all woked up over $30.

I just recently had some guy try to scam me out of $1,000 on ebay. Luckily, I'm too clever for him so I didn't fall for it, and reported him to ebay.

For a little over $30 you could have just went to the dealer and bought new hood and trunk roundels along with OEM roundels for the wheels, lol

But as said above, pursue thigns through ebay and see if you can work it out
