The doors look like they're made of bondo, everything else looks decent. Paint is shit but it looks like a nice start. He's probably asking way too much though. I'd say its maybe worth like 5k.

Those tires are horrid however... I have the same on my truck.

I'd buy it and paint it a solid color, then swap a sick ass turbo s38 or something similar.
