    New to r3v.

    Hey Everybody,

I bought a 1985 318i recently, initially I had bought it because I need a low budget car to get around in but I fell for it and really like it. My first mods so far is the sway bar from a convertible and the spoiler off an ES model. I have replaced the control arms and the bushings with new units as well. I've been lurking for a while soaking up some info, which I will continue to do and hopefully attempt a swap sometime soon cause it is just to slow with the M10 in there.

Here are a couple pictures of the whip... it's not perfect but...

Congrats with the E30. Your next project should be plastic bumpers. (best exterior mod possible)

How are you going to polish plastic? Or did you quote the wrong post?

Anyways, I vote for turbo M10.

            Welcome to R3V.

                Euro bumpers > plastic.

S1 with plastics looks stupid without a rear valance.

keep the diving boards! they look great polished, you can tuck the front if its too far out for you + getting an "es" or "is" front air dam will help flush out the front

Their cut and heated and green colored by the previous owner.

On another note today I picked up a 93 325is auto trans parts donor car. Anybody want to make a list of parts I could take off of it to transfer. I got a great deal on it since the transmission was slipping.
