Odd Idea of making this a two day event? I can't stand to get up at before the crack of dawn to have to drive that far to 4 hour event.

Sharky and I drove up the nite before Bav's show and even though it was a rain out we felt so much more relaxed the next day.

Maybe a pub crawl the night before or a BBQ the evening before with a band?

sounds like a winner. hotel take over party. maybe this idea needs its own thread.

I am not opposed to this as long as the cars are in a safe and secure location.

We start setting up severals days ahead of time with the big push coming sat during the day and night. So people are welcome to come out a head of time. I know people get freaked out that its in North Jersey but knock on wood we have never had any issues on our property.

For the weekend of the event our contacts at the police station will be given a heads up. Several of them are good customers so they pay extra special attention to the lot. I know last year we set up some of the race/project cars outside the night before and they were by to keep an eye on them.

So while I cant speak for any hotel I can say our lot/area will be safe. So come out early lets start the festivities.
