    flat black my e30

    want to paint my e30 that i just bought figure that nothing can be worse tthan the paint it has right now its just really bad

    so i been doing some research but still undecided on what paint i should use to paint my e30 flat black

    what is the diff between using wal-mart flat black $1 can
    than buying something like john deere blitx flat black

    if any one has done either would like to hear your experience and how it came out

    I really hope you are not planning on spray painting you car with wal-mart paint. It's gonna look like shit and make it harder to prep for proper paint down the road.

      Wrapp it better. Better matte finsih look than paint IMO.

            The first time I did it I used $1 walmart cans. that stuff chipped so fast, then I ended up paying $5 a can for krylon satin black and redoing it, and that worked way better. It didn't take long until I hated it and thought it looked like shit but I got compliments for it everywhere because it was different. Still didn't make me like it.

                              The cheaper the paint, the more cans you will need. I used about 20 of the dollar cans, then with that base I did the second layer with 7 cans of nicer paint.
