Definitely worth $250, free would be even better.

You could sell the cat off of it for like $200 (provided it's OEM), then ~$12-15 for each of the aluminum wheels, just for scrap, then $3-400 or more for what's left of the car just in scrap metal value.

But you'd probably have to tow it, and then you'd have to spend your time doing the work- but it still could be worth it.
