No turbo. Just a 3L straight 6. This is a grey market car and the first year for W124 body. The US didn't get a diesel version (turbo 6) until 1987. It was a one year only model and the next diesel didn't arrive until 1990 with the turbo 5 (great engine!). These had slots in the right fender as did the 1995 only E300D (straight 6, no turbo). 1995 was also the last year for the W124 body style.

Copy. The older 300D's are slugs and also somehow get comparatively shitty fuel economy.

Ukit (idk if you know of him) would have bought it off you, he's by East Pasadena

You should have donated it to me :)

I have a 300TD, the thing is a tank. Have no idea how many miles are on it, the previous owner sold medical supplies. The odometer had stopped working at 250,000. I repaired that.

Yeah me too. LOL that's actually quite funny, I cut my fingers pretty badly doing the filter on mine when I was 16.

btw, do you have any pictures of yours?

My friend has a w123, non turbo 300D. The thing is as slow as balls. But you wont find a more reliable car then it. I found it for him, he really didnt want a non turbo, but when we got there, it was the cleanest one we looked at. No major rust. Almost showroom. Payed 2k for it. all it needed was tires, Injectors, shocks, and glowplugs. it somehow dominates in the snow.

BTW: Pantless Spency, get that thing running. Or your a scumbag. If that thing makes it to a Junkyard, my friend will hunt you down.
