Oh, if it is going to be that cheap, I wouldn't even turn it in unless your agent can assure you it won't affect your rates.Originally posted by bkelsey86I have state farm liability insurance so I dunno yet...Fortunatley my friend works at a body shop and can fix it for like $100 dollars
Many states have UIM coverage that goes along automatically if you have liability. No idea about whether it is that way in Texas.Current Cars2014 M235i2009 R56 Cooper S1998 M31997 M3Comment

turn it in!
fixing a rear quarter panel isn't cheap unless the dent is able to just pop out, if it can't then the car could technically be labeled as totaled.

In Texas its supposed to be offered to you but not mandatory. They dont make it clear or even advise you of it 99% of the time. This is how I got screwed when my 325ic was totaled about 4 yrs ago.Turned out I "waived" it.
Now I read EVERTHING before I sign.
Brandon you still in SA?Comment

Yeah, Dave. Illinois requires it...that's why my damn premium keeps going up.Originally posted by DaveCNOh, if it is going to be that cheap, I wouldn't even turn it in unless your agent can assure you it won't affect your rates.
