    EAP4Parts.com?

Anybody know what's happening with them? I placed an order with them about 2weeks ago for control arms, and they haven't arrived and I can't reach them.

    Anybody?

Have you emailed them yet? They're lousy when it comes to phone support, but usually get back to me pretty quickly when I email them.

They're relocating and should be up and running shortly on a new site. I emailed them an inquiry yesterday and got a response back today.

          Dear valued EuroWebParts customer,

We at EuroProducts/EuroWebParts would first like to thank you for allowing us to fulfill all your vehicle needs over the past 19 years.

As of September 1st, 2005 EuroProducts began undergoing some new changes.

Even though it took longer than we had originally anticipated, We are almost completely done w/ our change of management.

We will continue to honor the advertisements that you see in Excellence and Bimmer magazines. We will continue to offer all the same items that we have been and we expect to expand to add some new lines of products as well.

We've had a few glitches w/ our transferring of our phone services so we do greatly apologize to those of you that have had trouble reaching us as the transfer and getting everything up and running did take longer than we had hoped it would. If you do however have any problems contacting us via telephone you can always contact us via email at webparts@eurowebparts.com and you'll usually recieve a quick response as we can check our emails via remote server if there's ever an issue.

We hope you will continue to look to us for all your automotive parts needs.

Yeah, I did email, and nothing. I would just like my parts or even to cancel my order. I am not sure if my card was charged or not.

I have never had a problem with them, but I've heard some complaints.

You might be well served to cancel your order and get them from somewhere else.
