            Well that's silly.

            If you wanted to do something like that, you would split them in half, each bolt hole being a half of the wire holder. With one little indent, and a protruding pin the lock them together once bolted down.

            But the whole thing is a little... overly complicated. Ever consider the possibility of a spark plug wire, surrounded by metal, you know. arcing spark?

              God forbid you just buy the standard napa auto parts wire tidies, which are cheaper, cleaner, and far less hazardous
