    Uhhh...
Pics from over a year ago? That car made ALOT of power. The driver also posts here, and intends to build another e30.

I don't see the "junkie" aspect?

yeah- that seems like it was done quite well really- just needs a different front bumper.

            I think it made 303hp with the turbo'd m30.

            far from a hack job

Yes, his passenger was in better shape. Hit a barrier pole sideways at 65 in rain, at the A pillar? Or B? Pole had concrete in it and did not move, car deformed around pole.

Got loose in 3rd gear on boost and lost control of car less than a week after turbo system was done.

Very lucky he did not kill someone else. Had a TCD system on the car. Believe he is building another...

i tuned out when jordan said pretty much anything after he argued with me that he had installed a AFR gauge to monitor his mixtures at WOT while still using a narrowband sensor.

That engine jason had wasnt even tuned properly or intercooler setup when it put out those power figures (that was at the wheels too), hell it wasnt even running a lot of boost. Easily had potential to record 400hp at the wheels.

Thread on his early setup here
Just a little project im working on

First bill from the hospital was in excess of $389,000. He suffered a head injury and was in a comma for awhile. Fucked up... he remembers nothing of the accident last I talked to him on e30tech... and you could tell his thoughts took more effort... his postings had a more staggered structure them when before he was very thorough.

Regardless as to how fast that car would have been after he had it properly tuned, he built more power than he could handle and is lucky he didn't loose his life.

You can kill yourself in a car with 40hp Yugo. It doesn't matter how little or how much HP the car has. Hit a solid object it will hurt.

Thats crazy. So I take it that was 300 at the wheels! Crazy power for an e30

Yeah... if I get tboned... but I do a check everytime I get into my car... look at tires for pressure, listen to engine, feel brakes for fade, etc. I have about 184 hp in the 325xi and I am very confident with that car. I have about 294ish in the M6 and to be honest, I'm a little scared of it... I'm driving much slower so I can get use to the extra power this car has. I won't drive my brother-in-laws 850hp '70 Chevelle... I don't think I could react fast enough if something went wrong... that is what I was trying to get at.

He built to much for him to handle... I see he is going to try again and I believe a cage is going in this time.

He was putting down a little over 300hp to the wheel... and I think like 380+ torque...

I've been behind the wheel of a E46 M3. That power is scary, I know what you're talking about.

                          I'm VERY content with my 100-at-the-wheels M42. ;)

the Z8 is a bit scary to drive, but at the same time the funnest car ive ever driven!
It would be alot of fun to drive an over powered E30 I imagine.
