It always makes me sad when an E30 gets scrapped because of rust, but I've done it myself. I've heard lots of people ask me if the rust repair on my project car is worth it. Honestly if it wasn't a car given to me by my dad because I said I would fix it and drive it.

Not me. The more that get scrapped and totalled means the less amount on the road, which makes my car worth just a few dollars more.

Fuck rust. I prefer buying a shitty mechanical car with no rust and fixing it. I like to turn wrenched, not sand shit.
