What happened to Competition Concepts?

Main page says they stopped making the parts I lust after. They are the only CF e30 parts manufacturer I could straight up stand behind, their hoods are glorious, and the m3 fenders and skirts ain't shabby either.

Anyone know anything specific?

I found a thread on s14.net saying back issues had the owner down as of 2010, so, hopefully he is on the mend at least.
