Looking for someone interested in applying their passion for BMW's

I have been running a website purely as a hobby for just over a year now, year to date it has had 86,000 visits with an average time on site of 00:02:04. Considering I had not touched the website for 5 months of that year, I know putting more time in would generate even more traffic. At its current pace it is averaging 140,000/yr.

I have come to the realization that what I am doing can be scaled and utilized in a much larger way. I have also realized that having someone else be part of the team would most likely be quite benifitial.

I am looking for someone who has a real passion in BMW's. Someone enthusiastic and motivated. If you have a specific interest in a single/a few BMW generational platforms that is even better. That passion will be translated into content and general brain storming into how to grow the broader vision of the website. There is alot of room for creative freedom.

Remember I have been doing this purely as a past time hobby without a direct focus on business. I think the reason why the website is seeing the sucess it is, is because it has a hobby informal feel. Genuine information from a genuine enthusiast. I am ready to explore money generating avenues, but even more importantly expanding what I am already doing now. I want to do this for the sake of broadening user interaction, and offering the BMW community (room for expansion into other brands) products or services that I would want to see as a BMW owner.

As far as compensation goes, at this point I have nothing to offer on a term basis, my offering would be a stake in the whole operation (to be negotiated how much). I think this way is more benifitial anyways, because I want whoever is involed to feel a part of what is going on rather then feeling like an employee. Investment (except for time) is not required at this stage.

If this sounds like something that interests you, then feel free to shoot me a PM. Alternatively add me on skype at rytisbiel

If i still had a pc id help. Sounds cool. Id recommend doing reviews on poppular bmw products. And maybe tutorials on radio removal. Changing brakes. Changine tires. Changing filters and oil. Etc just small helpful stuff at first eith a donation button. Then as it grew become a vendor for bmw or aftermarket products the website supports.

I wish i could help. But all i have is a tablet and a phone. And im only 17. Lol

I explored the site the other day and have to give you props bro. It is really interesting. If I had more time, I would definitely contribute. I may just do some DIY videos for some common issues with the cars as I tackle them myself, ie: odo gears on VDO cluster, and send the videos to you to post on the site. I am going to tackle interior this weekend on my car, including taking the interior out and getting rid of the wiring that the PO half ass installed for the sub and amp that are no longer in my trunk, then tidying everything up.
