        Fair enough on the extra torque and sound but for an everyday driver, the 318iS would be a fantastic choice IMHO (despite the fact that I do own one and could be slightly biased) however it has been reliable, economical and bags of fun after the suspension, SSK and chip! In my view, it is not a 'slow' car and quite fine (and very fun!) for an everyday driven machine.
